Discover The Finest Greenhouses & Glasshouses Money Can Buy

Our gardens may be our favourite places to be from Spring through to Autumn, but are often no-go areas during Winter. Whether you’ve got a small patch or acres to spare, the addition of a greenhouse will enable you to tend to your plants in all seasons and opens up new possibilities.

Not only are greenhouses the perfect environment for over wintering delicate pot plants such as citrus trees, it also gives you the scope to grow everything from edibles to exotics. Bananas, palms, orchids and cacti all thrive in the warmth and light of a greenhouse. You can also say goodbye to window sills overflowing with young seedlings as there’s no better place to propagate plants. But perhaps best of all, they provides great escapes: a personal retreat from a hectic world and a place to be on your own and indulge your passion for plants.

Hartley’s range of Victorian glasshouses evoke the same sense of style, function and proportion that were central to the grand 18th century designs of Kew’s Palm and Waterlily Houses, and provide ample height to accommodate exotic tree ferns.

If space is at a premium in your garden, then take a look at Hartley’s free-standing range of small greenhouses, such as the Wisley 8 or Patio Glasshouse, which are suitable for self-assembly. With a range of sizes to meet your needs, including a compact lean to greenhouse model, Hartley has a wide range of models to suit your garden and your budget.

Hartley greenhouses UK are structurally engineered to cope with the severest storms and fitted with tempered safety greenhouse glass. Manufactured from BS 1474 aluminium extrusion with stainless steel fixings, each structure is virtually maintenance free and comes with a ten year guarantee. All glazing is cushioned in its own TPR-lined frame, no clips, no glass to glass or glass to metal contact.
