Newspaper suggests garden gifts for Father's Day

With Father's Day (June 21st) fast approaching, a national newspaper has composed a list of possible gifts, with some suitable for dads who like gardens and greenhouses.

Offspring of horticulture fans should check out swissknifeshop.co.uk, according to the Telegraph.

It suggested the £9.97 Pruning Knife by Victorinox is an ideal present for an avid gardener.

The 6.5 cm high-carbon stainless steel blade comes from the same company that makes Swiss Army knives and is available in either a rosewood or bright red finish.

Fathers who like to take things easy in the garden or greenhouse may also appreciate the £110 Nowy Targ garden chair from Burford.

"Simple but striking in design, [it] is made from warm-coloured spruce wood from sustainable forests," the newspaper said.

Another gift for fathers who like gardening could be tickets to the upcoming Royal Horticultural Society Hampton Court Flower Show, which takes place from July 7th until 12th.

The theme of the show this year is growing your own curry.ADNFCR-1495-ID-19218691-ADNFCR
