RHS to host London garden tour

Garden and greenhouse enthusiasts in London are being invited to take part in a city-wide event this bank holiday Monday.

The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) has organised the Great London Garden Trail, which will take place on May 3rd and gives growers a sneaky peak at some of the capital‘s best green spaces.

Now in its second year, the event gives participants a chance to see behind the gates of gardens from Bow to Ealing and everything in between.

The free activity will allow growers to view sites such as the Great Ormond Street Hospital garden and is designed to inspire horticultural creativity.

Taking place to mark the release of the RHS‘ new book How To Grow Practically Everything, the event will grant access to a total of ten sites, which will showcase the difference in styles across the city.

Open from 12:00 BST until 17:00, those planning to attend can pick up a free information brochure from any of the ten garden attractions.

Meanwhile, RHS Garden Wisley has won a prestigious award from Enjoy England.ADNFCR-1495-ID-19748541-ADNFCR
